In fact, it would be considered healthy to break away from your phone and scrolling to focus on other aspects of your business / life. If your profiles have been updated with the relevant contact information, any business enquires will find their way to you.
Save time and schedule - Create a scheduling routine. Spend a Monday for example scheduling your content for the week ahead. Be savvy with the times you are posting to get the maximum engagement. At the end of the week, review your posts to see which ones were successful and which ones were not, figure out why some where better than others, learn and adapt.
